Eduard Rubinfayn, Business Curriculum Intern 

Eduard is the Business Curriculum Intern in the Entrepreneurship Lab at Pace University. He is responsible for assisting with the development of the new online business curriculum, and leading other activities to ensure the success of the events being held by the eLab. Eduard is currently pursuing his BBA in Business Management with minors in Finance and Business Analytics at Pace University. He is also part of the Pforzheimer Honors College at Pace University. During his free time, he enjoys playing soccer and golf, travelling, and spending time with his friends.

 


Endri Zylali, Dezer Technical Fellow

Endri is a Dezer Technical Fellow at the eLab Pace University, where he develops, modifies and updates the eLab website using HTML, CSS, JavaScript.He is pursuing his Masters in Computer Science with concentration in artificial intelligence at Pace University. Prior to Pace, he worked as a Software Developer  for Landmark Technologies and Lufthansa Industry Solution in Tirane Albania, trained in Italy and Germany. with vast experience on enterprise software built with Java,C# , SQL etc. Endri got his bachelor's degree in Computer Science from University of New York Tirana, Albania where he was part of student union and assisted in technology events such as the first international conference in communications and networking in Balkan Com. He is graduating in May 2021 and pursuing a career as a Software Engineer.

 


Carola Blencio, Graduate Assistant

Carola is the Social Media Manager in the Entrepreneurship Lab at Pace University. She is the current GA responsible for social media strategy and promoting eLab events through multiple platforms. Carola is currently pursuing her MBA in Marketing Management at Pace University. She has obtained her Bachelors Degree in Economic Science in Italy, where she graduated with honors. In Italy she has worked as an accountant for five years. In December 2018, she decided to move to New York to pursue her MBA. During her free time she loves swimming, jogging, watching movies and spending time with friends.

 


Ansley Rodrigues, Student Assistant, Web Developer

Ansley currently works as a Student Assistant - Web Developer at the eLab and is responsible for designing the eLab website using HTML, CSS and JavaScript. He is a full-time graduate student pursuing his masters in Computer Science at Pace University. He has also completed an internship with the New York City Department of Sanitation (DSNY). Ansley earned his bachelor’s degree from Mumbai University in Computer Science & Engineering and has 4+ years of experience (Infosys, India) as a developer. Ansley enjoys hybrid-mobile application development with Angular and Ionic, with work experience in React.

 


Ankit Patil, Data Science Researcher "Ankit Patil"

Ankit currently works as a Data Science Researcher at the eLab. He is a graduate student pursuing his masters in Information Systems at Pace University. He is graduating in May 2020. He utilizes his analytical, statistical, and programming skills to collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets. He has a wide range of technical competencies including: statistics and machine learning, coding languages, databases, machine learning, and reporting technologies. He applies his skills to mine and analyze data from universities databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies. He coordinates with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes. He is also responsible for the development and modifications of the eLab website using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and design flyer, posters using Adobe InDesign.

 


Shaily Tiwari, Dezer Event Fellow

Shaily is the Dezer Event Fellow in the Entrepreneurship Lab at Pace University. She is the current responsible for the management of all the events eLab organizes throughout the year. Shaily is currently pursuing her Masters in Information Systems at Pace University. She has obtained her MBA in Business Management from India with 4.8 years of experience in Business Analyst, Operations and Data Management with Goldman Sachs, Tech Mahindra (IT consulting Org.) and TVS (Indian Automobile Co.). Having a wide exposure of management experience, Shaily is fairly equipped with decision making abilities, team work and strategic management skill and is trying to make an amalgamation of Business and Technology through her masters program. Shaily is trained in western jazz dance, likes travelling, loves horror movies, has interests in public speaking forums and content writing.

 


Pinak Honmode, Technology Intern

Pinak currently works as a Technology Intern at the eLab. She is responsible for the development and modifications of the eLab website using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and design flyer, posters using Adobe InDesign. She is a graduate student pursuing her master’s in computer science at Pace University. She is graduating in May 2020. She has obtained her bachelor’s degree from Pune University, India in Electronics and telecommunication with 1.3 years of experience in automation and manual testing with Digicaptions India PVT LTD because of which she has worked with Disney, Sony, Universal, Paramount, Warner, Netflix, Amazon, CNN and many more as an Associate Conversion and delivery specialist. She is very enthusiastic and intrigued about new technologies. She is very friendly and likes watching movies, reading and music.


Abhishek Surve, Student Assistant Abhishek Surve

Abhishek was a Student Assistant – Web Developer at the Entrepreneurship Lab and was involved in designing and maintaining the eLab website on Drupal. He graduated from Pace University in 2019 with a Master’s Degree in Information Systems and has been working as a Data Analyst in NYC since then. Prior to that, he earned his Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Mumbai University with 2 years of work experience in analytics, and pursued his passion for photography as a part-time commercial photographer for a start-up in Mumbai!

 


Nityanand Wachche, Dezer Technical Fellow

Nityanand is a Dezer Technical Fellow at the eLab Pace University, where he develops, modifies and updates the eLab website using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and design flyer using Adobe InDesign.He is pursuing his Masters in Information system with concentration in data analysis at Pace University.prior to Pace, he worked as a Associate Consultant for Capgemini India pvt. Ltd, Mumbai, India with vast experience on Salesforce salescloud,PL/SQL,HTML etc. Nityanand got his bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Mumbai University, India where he was head of public relations for ACM chapter and University Representative in student council. He is graduating in May 2019 and pursuing a career as a Data Analyst. Nityanand is very much passionate about photography and in his spare time, he likes to capture photos, read cognitive psychology related books and listen to music. His experience at both technical and non-technical field highlights his ability to easily work in teams, strong verbal communication skills and good decision making power.

 


Elizabeth Jovanoska, Associate Director

Elizabeth Jovanoska was the Associate Director of the Entrepreneurship Lab. Elizabeth played the role of a mentor and a guide to students interested in entrepreneurship. She helped students execute their business strategy and implement marketing and technology strategies. She led a team of student assistants to create and organize events including Annual Pace Pitch Contest, Speaker Series and Workshops. Elizabeth has over 14 years of strategy, business development and marketing experience in the financial services sector with her most recent role at American Express, Sydney, Australia. Her passion is in entrepreneurship, and has run her own online start-up in the fashion industry. Elizabeth holds an executive MBA degree from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, Sydney, Australia.

 


Aniket Dharmik, Student Assistant, Web Developer

Aniket is pursuing his Masters in Computer Science at Pace University. Before that, Aniket got his bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Mumbai University, India. After his bachelor’s degree he worked as a Software Engineer for 3i Infotech Pvt Ltd., Mumbai, India with vast experience on PL/SQL, VB.NET, HTML, CSS, JAVA etc. He is graduating in May 2018 and pursuing a career as a software engineer. Aniket is very much passionate about photography and in his spare time, he likes to shoot photos, listen to music and watch movies.

Aishwarya is a Dezer Technical Fellow at the eLab Pace University, where she develops, modifies and updates the eLab website using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Adobe InDesign. She is graduating from Pace University with a specialization in Information Systems. Prior to this she has done her Bachelor’s in Computer Science and worked for ESDS Software Solutions as a Business Analyst. Her experience at both technical and non-technical field highlights her ability to easily work in teams, strong verbal communication skills and good decision making power.​

 

 


Reynold D'silva, Program Manager

Reynold D'silva is the Program Manager in the Entrepreneurship Lab. He is responsible for planning and executing various events for the eLab throughout the year. He completed his Bachelors and Masters from University of Mumbai. He is also currently pursuing his CFA and MBA in Investment Management. He comes from a finance background, with over 3 years’ experience in financial products and investment strategies. He writes blogs based on his social observation and introspection. Understanding the audience and creating quality content are tantamount to planning successful events, and that’s where Reynold’s strength lies. He loves to read, write and contemplate about business trends and life in general.

 


Siyao Du, Graduate Assistant

Siyao is currently pursuing a Masters in Financial Risk Management at Lubin School of Business at Pace University and graduating in December 2017. She has obtained an MS in Business Enterprise from Fordham University in July 2015 and a Bachelor in Economics and Mathematics at Indiana University Bloomington in May 2014. She is a GA at the eLab now doing marketing and promoting on social media platforms. Her last position at AXA Equitable Financial Services developed her technical skills by utilizing a variety of software tools that have included advanced use of Excel. Also, she has done the sales consulting position at Great Neck Nissan which had provided her hands-on experience to work with a wide range of people that improved her interpersonal and communication skills. She is motivated, creative, and enthusiastic about pursuing a career in the finance industry.

 


Mandar Gurav, Dezer Research Fellow - FrontEnd Web Developer, Qazoom

Mandar is a Dezer Research Fellow Front-End Developer in the Entrepreneurship Lab at Pace University. He is currently perusing a Masters in Computer Science at Pace University. Back in India, he has two years of experience as a Front End Developer in Waterford. He is responsible for developing the website and mobile application for Qazoom which is an Israel based digital marketplace for Quality Inspection Services. He has superior focus and attention to detail combined with extensive knowledge of HTML JavaScript XML & JAVA. In addition to his Web Development skills he also possesses a great eye for design. He has interest in the Photography and Automotive Industry.

 


Rachel McCauley, Graduate Assistant

Rachel is pursuing her Masters in Financial Management at Pace University, expecting to graduate in May 2017. She previously graduated from Pace University in 2015 with her B.B.A in Finance. Rachel joins the team having served in various roles within the financial sector including investment banking, asset management and venture capital. Most recently, Rachel worked for a private equity firm where she assisted on two acquisitions and helped manage the day-to-day operations post-close. Previously, she interned at a venture capital group that focused primarily on healthcare and medical devices, during which time she was responsible for screening potential investments and conducting preliminary due diligence.


Jia Liu, Student Assistant, Web Developer

Jia is now a graduate student in Pace University majoring in Computer Science, with vast experiences on Java, Android development, HTML, CSS, Javascript, MySQL, Swift, Matlab, etc. He is graduating in summer 2017 and pursuing a career as a software engineer. He’s received scientific training for years and also holds a M.S. degree in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Alabama. He worked as a summer intern in Western Digital, Inc. in 2015.

 

 


Sukun Li, Dezer Research Fellow - UX/UI & Graphics Designer, IPgallery

Sukun Li is a PhD Student in Computer Science at Seidenberg School of Computer Science and Information Systems, and put her research towards Virtual Reality and Big Data Visualization. She obtained her Master of Science diploma from Pace University in 2015. Since her childhood, Sukun has been interested with interactive digital media technology and received an Excellent Graduate Design Award when she obtained her Bachelor of Engineering in Digital Media Technology. She worked for the Beijing Digital Museum before she enrolled in the Pace's masters program, and currently, she also is a web-engineer of Jeturtle group at New York City.

 

Sumeet Sunil Gujaran, Dezer Event Fellow

Sumeet Gujaran is the Program manager in the Entrepreneurship Lab. He is also currently pursuing his MBA in Financial Management. He comes from a startup background, with over 4 years’ experience in creating impactful and innovative products. Understanding the pulse of the consumer is an essential quality for building any new product, and that’s where Sumeet’s strength lies. He loves to read, run and ruminate about cool innovative products.

 


Rachel Engelberg, Dezer Research Fellow - Creative Director, OMGwhen

Rachel is from Vienna, Austria. She attended the American International School of Vienna there. She spent a gap year in Israel, greatly raising her interest in Israeli Start Up companies. She is studying Arts and Entertainment Management at Pace University. She like to take leadership roles, as she has done in high school. She was president of the Romanian Children’s Relief Club. She founded the Conquer Cancer Club at her school, becoming the president, and finding success after hard work and effort. Aside from leadership roles at school, she also decided to found an organization in Vienna, for something she was very passionate about. She founded Hillel Group, a Jewish youth organization. Her best skills include creativity, perseverance, and motivation.

Nikhil Kalyankar is the Associate Director of the Entrepreneurship Lab (eLab). Nikhil plays the role of a mentor and a guide to students interested in entrepreneurship. He helps students fashion their business strategy and implement technology. He leads a team of student assistants to create and organize events including Annual Pace Pitch Contest, Speaker Series and Workshops.Nikhil has worked as a Graduate Assistant for the Management Department. He played a key role in organizing the Seventh Annual Pace Pitch Contest. Nikhil is tech savvy and started programming at a very young age. He has worked for Capgemini India as an Associate Consultant which involved developing an Enterprise Application Software. Nikhil holds an MBA degree in Entrepreneurial Studies from Lubin School of Business, Pace University and Bachelors in Engineering from Osmania University, India.

 


Qiwei Qin, Graduate Assistant

Qiwei is a graduate student from Lubin School of Business, majoring in MBA in Entrepreneurship. He had a Bachelor degree of Mathematics in Harbin Institute of Technology and a Master degree of Finance in University of Missouri-Kansas City. Qianwen Chen, Student Assistant, Digital Media Production and Publication

Qianwen is a graduate student from Seidenberg School, majoring in computer science. Before that, Qianwen got her bachelor's degree on mass communication at Shenzhen university, China, focusing on video production. During university, she mastered different types of skills like filming and editing videos and designing posters. Those helped her participate on various kinds of contests such as IBM 2013 Smart Planet Challenge Competition, and won first prize in China. After graduated from Shenzhen university, she worked as an executive producer for Shenzhen Vweed Media Co., Ltd Shenzhen China, produced a series of viral videos for high tech companies like HUAWEI and Uber. In addition, she also had some internship experiences on Internet industry. Those gained her the interest about computer science. With strong background and sensitiveness​ of creative arts like film and design,Qianwen wants to work on High-tech industry as project manager/ UX designer in the future.


Srikanth Bandaru, Technology Specialist

Srikanth is a Computer Science graduate student at the Seidenberg School of Computer Science & Information Systems. Srikanth co-founded a web development company ‘Color Layers’ to help his clients bring their ideas to life through design-oriented solutions. He played the role of a web strategy consultant specialized in Front-End Development. He is an Oracle Certified Professional Java Programmer and is also an expert in video and photo editing using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Audition, etc. Srikanth is tech blogger, an avid sports fan and also enjoys travel & modern art.  

 


John Harrison, Graduate Assistant

John is a Graduate Assistant at the eLab and recent began pursuing his MBA at Pace University.  Having graduated Lehigh University with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting and Finance in 2005 John chose to pursue his professional interests as part of Johnson & Johnson’s Financial Leadership Development Program.  After two years in the program John graduated with a CMA, CFM, and Six Sigma Green Belt, and was promoted to the position of Senior Analyst.  Over the next six years John took on increasing levels of responsibility rising to the position of Senior Manager before leaving J&J in 2013.  As a GA John hopes to utilize his MBA at Pace and professional experience at Johnson & Johnson to be a valuable resource for the eLab and its associates in the coming years.  Outside the office John is an avid fan of the Yankees and New York Football Giants, fantasy sports fanatic, and also enjoys spending evenings with his wife out in Hoboken.

 


Andrew Morales, Dezer Event Fellow

Andrew Morales is a research fellow working on the FreshBiz project. He is pursuing a Marketing degree with a concentration in Advertising and Promotion. Andrew is one of the founders of Kappa Sigma Fraternity at Pace University. He is also Director of Events of the Advertising Club. Andrew grew up in England and Italy and is fluent in Italian and Spanish. He enjoys travelling, exploring new places, participating in competitive soccer and playing guitar.

 

 


Preyash Vora, Dezer Research Fellow, Content Editor, Eco-Fusion

Preyash Vora is a full time graduate student at the Lubin School of Business at Pace University. He will graduate in the year 2017 with a major in Finance. He is currently a Board member at the Lubin Graduate Society. After graduating with a Bachelors in Accounting and Finance from India, he worked at HDFC Asset Management Company as an investment analyst and market researcher. He has been a part of Model United Nations, heading the research team and has been an integral part in the event organization committee for inter school festivals and other events in high school. He loves doing photography, traveling and reading in his free time. His future aspiration is to be an Investment Analyst and a Venture Capitalist.

 


Wei Xia, Dezer Technical Fellow
 

Wei is an enthusiastic, diligent, outgoing student completing a Master's degree in Computer Science and Mathematics at Pace University. He looks forward to working in the field of Computer Science and Software Development. Currently, He is a web developer in the Entrepreneurship Lab at Pace University. This position requires not only excellent technical skills to develop and maintain the school website, but serious thinking and planning skills as well. Working as a web developer has taught him how to build and create beautiful and user-friendly websites. Naturally good at mathematics and algorithms, He also has a strong educational background in Mathematics and Computer Science, and He knows how to apply one to another.

 

Alexa McKenna, Dezer Research Fellow – Market Research, Financial Analysis and Strategic Planning, Voiceitt

Alexa McKenna is a Pace University student in the graduating class of 2017. She is majoring in Entrepreneurship. Alexa is the winner of the Eleventh Annual Pace Pitch competition with her EaTcard Application. Currently, she is developing the EaTcard App and implementing her business plan. In addition, Alexa has participated in the Pace App Hackathon and is an active member in eLab events. On campus, Alexa is the President of the Fashion Marketing Club, ProFASHIONals, and a member of the Pforzheimer Honors College. In the future, Alexa aims/aspires to manage business operations at a global tech company.

 

 


Virali Jhaveri, Dezer Research Fellow – UX Designer, EcoFusion

Virali Jhaveri is a Graduate Assistant to the interim dean at Seidenberg School of CSIS. She is studying Information Systems and have 3 years of experience as a software developer from working on various technical platforms. She completed undergraduate in Information Technology back in India, and is also a diploma holder in Computer Technology. She said ‘Global exposure to the world of technology has always been my area of interest. I like to utilize my time in learning new things. Currently I am studying Drupal, Data Analysis and CRM in order to understand the amalgamation of both technology and business’. She worked as Business Technology Analyst intern summer’15 at OppenheimerFunds. She likes travelling and eating chocolates.

Shwetang Vora, Dezer Research Fellow - Marketing Manager, FirstPoint Mobile Guard Ltd

Shwetang Vora is a MBA Marketing Management student at Pace University, New York. Had his first job working as a Marketing Associate for an industrial packaging manufacturer based out of India where he worked for around 18 months and later decided to move to New York to pursue further studies. Along with going to school full time, Shwetang worked as a part time Data analyst at a New York based delivery and logistics company where he analyzed company data to generate valuable insights and reports. He believes working with E-Lab is a great opportunity to apply the concepts learned in MBA classes while simultaneously observing how they perform in real life scenarios. Shwetang brings a diverse academic and professional experience to the table along with his unparalleled passion for ping pong and motion pictures.

 

 


Paul Artemou, Graduate Assistant

Paul is a joint JD/MBA student at Pace University, expecting to graduate in August, 2016.  He is the Business and Social Media Editor for Pace International Law Review at Pace Law School. Most of Paul's experience was acquired working as an in-house legal intern for Westcon Group, Inc. and Akorn, Inc. Additionally, Paul has worked as a Summer Legal Intern for Napoli Bern Ripka Shkolnik LLP. After admission to the New York State Bar, Paul plans to work with start-ups, advising them of their legal responsibilities and consulting them on their corporate strategies.  Paul obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Political Science in 2012 from Queens College, City University of New York.

 

 


Emre Turhan, Dezer Research Fellow - Business Development Manager, Hargol FoodTech

“Originally from Istanbul, after working for a brief while in NYC, Emre is currently in his final year in grad school, studying a Masters of Entrepreneurship. His background is in nutrition & food science and his ideas revolve around sustainability, food-health relationship and social work. His work in eLab consists of market research and looking for potential partnerships in grasshopper farming. While not at the office, you can find him outdoors, backpacking remote places, trekking or traveling on motorbikes.”

 

 


Fang Shen, Dezer Research Fellow - Marketing Finance Director, Qazoom

A firm believer in diversity, Fang is a passionate practitioner in cross-discipline research and cross-cultural communication. With an MA in History, Fang is pursuing her MS in Finance at Lubin School of Business. She has years of work experience in Shanghai, offering a wide range of services, from marketing, M&A, customer service and business advisory. Fang's diversified backgrounds will significantly integrate her skill package and contribute to her current project of Qazoom, in which she acts as the Director of Marketing Finance, conducting market research, brand promotion, CRM, and marketing financial analysis. Never settled inside her comfort zone, Fang is always eager to challenge herself and achieve more. In her spare time, Fang loves watching movies, reading broadly, doing community services and public speaking.​
